Appointments
We suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can begin to de-stress and relax. If you are running late we will make every effort to accommodate you, however, it may mean a shortened treatment to keep up with our schedule. Payments accepted via cash, check, or Venmo.
Cancellations
There is significant preparation that goes into each treatment as scheduled. If you cancel your confirmed appointment within 24 hours of the time slot you forfeit the value of your scheduled treatment.
Gratuity
Gratuities gratefully accepted in form of cash or separate check, please.
